Scott Schumacher

Scott first really got into the appreciation of food (and wine) while living in the Barossa Valley. It is here while studying a Diploma in Food and Wine Operations at the Nuriootpa TAFE that he first became addicted to the true meaning of food beyond just something to eat. The family bonds and traditions associated with meal times and cook ups have inspired him too want to be part of the process and the love affair people have with quality food.

Food for the soul comes from enjoying your meal and feeding your body great nutritional food that not only tastes fantastic but is beneficially to your health and wellbeing. You just can’t get that from other fast food outlets these days, they might be quick and easy sometimes, but what’s it really doing to your body. Not here though, SHREDDED is tasty, healthy and great for your body and your soul.

Kelly Schumacher

Kelly’s love affair with Mexican food comes from her upbringing in California where there is a Mexican restaurant on every corner. She has always wanted to bring a part of this culture to Australia and here it is. Kelly is very health conscious and concerned with not only eating right, but the way food is prepared and served. Quality control and food ethics are Kelly’s fortay and sourcing ingredients from reputable sources who share her love of food manufacturing are essential for her own piece of mind. Working in the wine and food industry for many years Kelly is ready to SHRED, Wrap and Roll and can’t wait to see you soon. Her burritos are the best ever, coming from a secret family recipe handed down over time including fresh homemade salsa and guacamole. We could tell you but …
